Terms & Conditions

General

Our following Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment shall be applicable to all commercial transactions.

The buyer’s access to and use of the site and services, is governed by these terms and conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment shall apply exclusively. We shall not accept terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from our Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment, unless we have given our express written consent to their application.

Delivery of Products

We deliver during operating hours – 7:00am until 4:00pm – Monday to Friday. 

Delivery within 3 working days of order being placed – however sometimes due to external circumstances this could be 3-5 working days. Things like inclement weather, the first day following a public holiday weekend, etc.

Local Delivery is qualified as Queanbeyan & Canberra only.

Acceptance/Inspection of Goods

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer shall examine them for defects without undue delay.

A Customer will be deemed to have accepted goods received by it as being in accordance with its order unless it notifies the Company in writing of its claim within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The goods and services on this site can be paid for using the following payment methods:

Fees and Charges

Our delivery fees are: 

  • Local delivery $90.00 Incl. GST
  • Outside Queanbeyan & Canberra we can delivery at a rate of $90.00 per hour Incl. GST.
  • Please note Additional Freight Charges can apply (on this product) as marked on scaffold V Frame units and Deluxe Aluminium plank system site equipment.
  • Please note Additional Freight Charges apply (on this product) as marked on plasterboard Range m2 $ 0.80 including gst.
  • Extra person if required $ 90.00 including gst.
  • Crane up’s second level delivery POA

Local Delivery is qualified as Queanbeyan & Canberra only.

Claims and Returns

* No return of allegedly defective or faulty goods will be accepted by the Company unless the Company has given prior written authorisation to the Customer for the return of the goods.

* No returns will be accepted after 7 days have passed from the date of order.

* Non-stocked item’s that have been ordered in are not returnable.

* lf the Company consents to the return of the goods either within the initial 7 day period or in the case of deemed faulty or defective goods, the Customer must:

~ provide the Company with a written statement setting out the reasons for the goods’ return;

~ provide details of the original Tax lnvoice number and the date of the delivery of the goods;

~ provide a copy of the receipt or delivery docket relating to the goods sold;

~ return the goods in their original condition as at the time of their sale;

Exclusions For Returns

As below are the exclusions that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on:

* Non Stock Items

* Plasterboard Sheets and Cornice
